Refund and Cancellation Policy

Paid products on cl0q.com are sold by Blacktrap Labs, based in Cedar City, Utah, through Stripe checkout. This policy matches the Terms of Service at cl0q.com/terms. It does not limit any rights you have under the law.

Datasets

Dataset files — the $79 datasets, the $129 bundle, and the $39 PHP-exposure list — are digital files that we deliver at once. After the download starts, sales are final. If a file is faulty, incomplete, or does not match its description, tell us within 30 days of buying it and we will replace it or refund you in full.

API credit packs

A $9 API credit pack is refunded in full if you ask within 30 days of purchase and the balance is unused. A partly used pack is not refunded under this rule, except for the billing-error and legal cases this policy already covers.

API plans

You can cancel at any time, using the self-service billing portal, or by emailing us with your order details. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and you will not be charged again. If you ask within 30 days of your first payment for a plan, we will refund that payment in full. Later payments are not refunded, except where the law requires it.

Billing errors

If we charge you twice or charge the wrong amount, we refund the difference in full.

How to ask

Email cl0qsearch@gmail.com with your receipt or order number. Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with. Requests made more than 30 days after purchase are reviewed on their merits.
