Welcome to the the VIB-VUB facility for Biological Electron Cryogenic Microscopy. Our center is equipped with high-end transmission cryogenic electron microscope cryoARM300, screening 120 kV JEOL JEM-1400 microscopes and sample preparation laboratory. BECM provides the following services: - Access to high-resolution and screening microscopes - Trainings in sample preparation, single particle data collection, image processing - For industrial partners we can propose a complete package of high-resolution structure determination using single particle cryo-EM
