Center for Adolescent Reward, Rhythms, & Sleep (CARRS) Research Program
Many teens experience changes in their sleep, specifically differences in the timing and frequency of sleep. Although these sleep changes are common, we still do not know much about how these alterations impact young people’s physical and psychological health. The CARRS program seeks to examine the relationship between sleep and changes in mood, behavior, and cognition through several ongoing research studies.
