A school's photographs are student records that happen to be images. Homeroom Gallery keeps picture day, events, athletics, and publications imagery in one library on the same roster as the student record, so a withdrawn publication consent actually reaches the yearbook, the online reader, and the print run. Face matching is off by default; finding a photo is a permission-checked roster lookup, not a face scan. The picture-day store is early access and live payment is not turned on.
