How the site describes itself:

Coping with Anxiety

A brutally honest journal mainly for my own benefit.
This is all new to me, and I find that having a place where I can write about it without worrying
about offending anyone, sounding odd, or oversharing helps me a lot.
I hope it helps others too if they happen to come across it.
We all need a place where we can be honest with ourselves
and not feel ashamed about the things we struggle to cope with on a daily basis.
Note: All names have been changed to protect privacy.
