Welcome to the HHS Learning Portal!!   The HHS Learning Portal is experiencing an extremely high volume of abandoned accounts.   If you cannot remember your account password, please use the Password Reset feature on the Login screen to reset your password.  If you continue to have problems, please don't create a new account - contact the Portal helpdesk for assistance accessing your old account.   Because of this high volume of abandoned accounts, starting Monday, May 19, 2025, Health and Human Services Commission will begin purging inactive accounts from the system.  Any account that has been inactive for 2 years or longer, will be removed.  This process will occur daily.  Log in now to ensure your account on the HHS Learning Portal remains active!  This is not a training site for HHS Employees.  HHS Employees do not receive credit for training completed on this site.
