Nels Numan

I'm a researcher at Google XR, where I work in the BIRD Lab on XR systems shaped by where you are and what's going on around you: interfaces that arrange themselves within space, content generated to suit it, assistance that follows what you're doing. Drawing on human-computer interaction, generative AI, and computer vision, I build and study systems that help people work more naturally with one another and with AI.
