Downtown Dallas Parks Conservancy

Downtown Dallas Parks Conservancy is a nonprofit foundation whose goal is to establish four new, major parks in the heart of Downtown. Pacific Plaza, West End Square, and Carpenter Park are all open. Harwood Park will follow in 2023.
