The Emory Law Scholarly Commons is the institutional repository of the Emory University School of Law. The purpose of the Commons is to curate, share, and promote the work of Emory Law’s world-class scholars across the Emory community and the world. The Emory Law Scholarly Commons currently houses and provides free access to the Emory Law Journal, the Emory International Law Review, the collected scholarship of current Emory Law faculty, and selected projects from Emory Law centers and institutes such as the Emory Law Center for the Study of Law and Religion.
