NPR StateImpact: Issues That Matter. Close To Home.

StateImpact is a collaboration between NPR and member stations in eight pilot states to provide broadcast and online coverage of how public policy affects people’s lives. The project will launch one new site in each state that focuses around a policy issue of importance determined by member stations. The vision is to serve readers and listeners as a rich source of information on-air and online about how government decisions intersect with local communities.
