Tightwad — Pool Mismatched GPUs Into One 70B-Capable Endpoint

Tightwad pools your mismatched CUDA, ROCm, and Metal GPUs across machines into one OpenAI-compatible endpoint — so a model that fits on no single card runs across all of them. Then speculative decoding makes the pool fast: 1.86x measured on Llama 3.3 70B over WiFi.
