Center for Traditionalist Orthodox Studies

The Center for Traditionalist Orthodox Studies (C.T.O.S.) was established in 1981 at the Saint Gregory Palamas Monastery, in Etna, California. A dependency of the Holy Monastery of Saints Cyprian and Justina, in Phyle, Attica, Greece, the Saint Gregory Palamas Monastery is the headquarters of the Diocese of Etna and Portland of the Church of the Genuine Orthodox Christians in America, an autonomous Eparchy of the Church of the Genuine Orthodox Christians of Greece. The Center for Traditionalist Orthodox Studies is administered by an advisory board of international scholars, publishes books and monographs on subjects related to Genuine Orthodox Christianity, and issues the periodical Orthodox Tradition, established in 1984.
