This is a digital platform to share and promote Connect and Healthy Start Coalition Home Visiting services for residents of Jefferson, Madison and Taylor Counties. These resources are available to all pregnant and postpartum women with a child three years old or younger. A few of the resources that we offer is mental health services, safe sleep education, doula services and car seat installations. We also have a program called T.E.A.M. Dad that is to help guide and assist men through fatherhood.
