The Office of Rural Health (ORH) is a national program office in the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Veterans Health Administration (VHA). ORH was established by Congressional mandate in 2006. The office reports to Mark Kobelja, MD, Associate Deputy Under Secretary for Health.
