Translatome Database

According to the Central Dogma, translation is a key regulatory step, linking mRNA and proteins. Typical translatome analysis include RNC-seq (translating mRNA sequencing) and Ribo-seq (ribosome profiling).This Translatome Database collects the RNC-seq, Ribo-seq and the corresponding mRNA-seq data, and provides a unified analysis pipeline for integrated analysis. Now, the database includes 947 mRNA, 7 RNC-mRNA, and 1433 RPF which all were reanalyzed by FANSe series algorithm.
