The VRTAC-QM strives to increase the knowledge, skills, and abilities of State VR Agencies (SVRA) through quality management technical assistance in VR program and performance focus areas. Through effective practices in data and evidence-based decisions, improved policies and procedures, operational internal controls and quality assurance activities, we believe SVRAs will meet and exceed WIOA performance measures, decrease reporting errors, and improve service delivery and participant outcomes
