How the site describes itself:

Forecaught

Forecaught is a Windows application that can receive Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) results from up to four cameras. The application displays live video on the left-hand side and camera snapshots in an image grid on the right. When results are received, they are checked against a locally maintained blacklist, if there is a match, a warning will appear on the screen. The results can also be used to make a DVLA query to determine the make and model of the vehicle. The information returned by the DVLA is displayed under the corresponding image for the operator to compare.
