How the site describes itself:

Spend7: A spend leash for autonomous agents

Spend7 scores an agent-initiated payment before it settles. Post the payment intent, amount, merchant, agent id, and the rail it will settle on (x402 or AP2), and get back a risk score, an allow / flag / deny decision, and the signals that produced it: spend-cap breaches, amount anomalies against that agent's own history, velocity bursts, first-seen merchants, and rail-specific defects such as an x402 authorization that exceeds the quoted maximum or an AP2 cart mandate that overruns its intent mandate. Every decision is recorded so a disputed payment has an evidence trail.
